Tasting
Each wine submitted for the selection will be tasted alongside a detailed account of the rich narrative behind each bottle. The 2026 selection process was meticulously carried out by president Kristell Monot and 30 renowned international sommeliers, each of whom were invited from the extensive network within The 50 Best Restaurants community.
Through their extensive knowledge and passion for wine, they will curate a selection that celebrates the diversity of flavours and the cultural heritage intertwined with winemaking traditions from various regions around the globe.
