Agnese Morandi, head sommelier at Table by Bruno Verjus, initially began her journey in the world of fine dining at Piazza Duomo (No.32, The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025) in Piedmont. Seeking to broaden her horizons, she travelled to Valence, France, where she joined the esteemed Maison Pic.

Later, she found her true calling as a sommelier in Paris working at Table by Bruno Verjus. At Table, she is part of a close-knit team that continually strives for excellence. The wine team's dedication is reflected in their ever-evolving wine list, which they curate and enhance every two to three weeks.

Morandi's culinary journey is a testament to her dedication, ambition, and unwavering commitment to the art of fine dining. Her experiences in 50 Best-ranked restaurants across Italy and France have enriched her knowledge and passion for oenogastronomy, making her a valuable contributor to the world of gourmet cuisine.
