Head of wine and beverages at the award-winning Nelita restaurant, Danyel Steinle is a profound researcher, scholar and wine lover.
A graduate of Associação Brasileira de Sommeliers in São Paulo, Steinle has a Wine & Spirits Education Trust Level 3 Award and has conducted numerous drinks-related research projects with producers in countries including Italy, Argentina, France, Chile, California, Spain, Portugal and Greece.
At Nelita, Steinle presents a wide-ranging wine list showcasing classics classics, new products from inside and outside the country and also paying attention to natural, organic and biodynamic wines.
Together with chef Tássia Magalhães, Steinle runs Nelita in São Paulo.
