Gorgeous, transcending and inviting nose. Complex layers of white and meadow flowers, ripe fresh pineapple adds to the concentration. Excellent mousse integration which is both delicate and persistent. The delicacy of the wine and its vinous style is really enticing. Great acidity integration, well balanced with perfectly judged ripe tropical notes. Long and beautiful finish.

This wine, and its price, would place this as something that should be the star of the show. Its stylish, polished character means it should be placed close to the beginning of the meal, if not the first wine poured. Pair with fried mushrooms with lemon, or an endive salad with a citrus dressing, or also a crudo with habanada sweet chilli peppers and a vinegar and pickling liquid sauce.
