Bodega Colomé, founded in 1831, is Argentina's oldest working winery and a global pioneer of extreme‑altitude viticulture in the Calchaquí Valley. Its vineyards range from 2,300 to over 3,000 metres, producing intensely aromatic, fresh and concentrated wines shaped by altitude and sunshine.
Revitalised by Donald Hess in the early 2000s, the estate champions biodynamic practices, cultural preservation and minimal‑intervention winemaking.
