NOTES

Subtly aromatic and understated, on the nose you'll find notes of white peach, green and red apple, William pear, lemon balm and white flowers, which are mirrored on the palate along with sweet orange and pine. Lifted by elevated acidity, it's a crisp, refreshing and well balanced white with a delicate citrus finish that culminates in a hint of bitter almonds. A wine that speaks of its mountain setting.
