Deux Rêves, Une Destinée ('Two Dreams, One Destiny') pays tribute to the estate's origins and its collaborative spirit. The wine comes from carefully tended hillside vineyards in Maldonado, where granite soils and Atlantic breezes create ideal conditions for producing elegant, finely structured reds.

The 2023 vintage employs a minimalist approach: hand harvesting, native fermentations and ageing in large-format, neutral vessels to highlight the varietal character and the site's mineral tension.

Sacromonte's focus on regenerative practices and low-impact farming underscores its commitment to authenticity. The resulting wine is refined and atmospheric, offering lifted aromatics, subtle spice and a long, graceful finish.
