Casa Tés is a young but ambitious Brazilian estate situated in the dramatic Vale da Grama, an elevated valley shaped by volcanic formations and granite cliffs. Planted beginning in 2017, the vineyards span altitudes of 950-1300 metres, benefiting from cool breezes, wide diurnal swings, and rocky, mineral‑rich soils. The estate farms parcel by parcel, tailoring rootstock, clones, and canopy management to the valley's complex topography.

Winemaking follows a minimal‑intervention philosophy: fermentation in concrete and stainless steel with selected yeasts, followed by ageing in predominantly first‑use French oak for structure. Grama Branco highlights the estate's white varieties – Sauvignon Blanc and sémillon grown on stony sites where drainage and light exposure produce concentration and freshness. Casa Tés focuses on precision, vitality, and transparency of terroir, contributing to Brazil's emerging reputation for high‑altitude fine wines with international ambition.
