A small grower‑producer based in the Premier Cru village of Chigny‑les‑Roses, Gounel‑Lassalle has roots dating back to 1870. Now led by Arnaud Gounel and Sophie Lassalle, the domaine works five hectares farmed sustainably.

After decades supplying a cooperative, the couple became independent Récoltant‑Manipulants in 2018, developing a modern identity focused on purity, site expression and zero‑dosage cuvées. Les Agneaux reflects their Premier Cru terroir, emphasising chalk influence, parcel specificity and a precise, contemporary Champagne style.
In the winery, vinification lasts nine months in oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 36 months and bottled on natural cork once on the lees. For this bottling, the wine is not dosed to allow the terroir to express itself freely.
